Health is wealth as they say and salvaging the moribound health care sector in Nigeria should be a shared task. Recent visit to Nigeria, and inspection of the appealing state of our healthcare facilities motivated us to take a rehabilitation projects like this heads-on. We beleived that efficient healthcare system can contribute to a significant part of human development and industrialization, as it is the determinant of promoting the general physical and mental health and well-being of people around the world.

 REVIVING HEALTHCARE FACILITIES IN ANAOCHA, NIGERIA.

In the effort to ensure a conducive environment for healthcare in rural Nigeria iUIF in partnership with Selfless4Africa refurbished the Neni Healthcare centre Anaocha local government area, Anambra state.


REFURBISHING THE RUN DOWN NNEOGIDI HEALTHCARE CENTER

In May 2017 while paying a visit to my hometown (Umuifite, Agulu, Anaocha LGA, Nigeria), I asked my dad where the nearest health center or clinic was. I noticed a familiar grin on his face which emboldened me even more to visit the facility myself. On that fateful day, we drove to the Nneogidi Primary healthcare center, in Nneogidi Village, Agulu and I could not believe what I saw.
